ABEM Improvement in Medical Practice (IMP) Attestation Process

Learn how within your ABEM Portal.

1. Log into your ABEM portal
2. Click on “Emergency Medicine Certification”

3. Scroll down to the Improvement in Medical Practice requirement and click “Attest  To Activity”

4. Select an activity, provide dates for when the activity took place, then click  “Continue”. Then scroll down the page to click the checkbox saying that the  information you provided is true and accurate, then cick “Save and Continue”

5. Click “Yes” to go to the screen to enter your verifier information.

6. Provide name, email, phone, and title of a verifier who can attest that you  completed your activity when you did. Then, click on “Save and Submit  Attestation”.
